FOREVER WARRANTY is real and is amazing
After some usage the steel core began to appear through the blade. I reached out to customer service and they were super nice, super quick to respond and super helpful.Our new address was no longer available to ship to - but they asked me to place a new order and upon order completion, offered me a full refund for the new purchase.So FOREVER WARRANTY is real and so is my peace of mind.Highly recommend. Would buy again if I need more spatulas.

This is ideal size and sturdiness up until the point that it begins to crack along the outer point of the bottom of the internal steel core. Lasted barely a month of use ( only 2 or 3 days a week)Their ‘Forever’ policy sounds impressive until you actually try to contact them about a refund or a replacement. Does anyone know how to do this?Update - Di Oro were as good as their word, dispatching a replacement which arrived the next day. Very impressed by their customer service and so was my friend who had already purchased 2 as she was fed up with inferior quality spatulas - including one which was £30 + from a specialist in France which was faulty within 2 months and they ignored her requests for a replacement.I would definitely recommend!

Excellent product that does precisely what it should. This is now my go to tool when cooking. It cleans easily and is hygienic. The tip curls enough to scrape soup out of pans etcWorth every penny

Broke after a month.
Worked great but then broke without warning after a month, meaning I had to scrap a large batch of my product.No idea how to contact the seller about the guarantee other than through this. Will update if taken care of.

Best spatula
I love this thing, it's one of my favorite kitchen tools. Extremely sturdy, which makes it perfect to use for thicker pastes/frostings/etc. I love the shape and the different edges, it's really multi-purpose and quite functional. Plus, it's easy to clean. I've been using mine almost every day for over 3 years and it works as good as it did when I bought it.

Sehr praktischer Silikon Schaber
Der Schaber ist nach 1.5 Jahren im Dauereinsatz kaum abgenutzt. Der Kopf des Schabers passt sich jedem Gefäß perfekt an. Die Größe das Schabers ist ebenfalls genau richtig. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
