Good starter kit
Took off one star because I did not get the "H" pencil but got two #4B pencils instead. It is still a nice set w/ a nice, metal case. I'm just beginning sketching lessons so I'm sure I will survive without the H for a while.

Surprised and happy..
These pencils are better than I would have imagined. They're better actually than some of the higher end types. Smoother and don't grip to paper as much, even the H types. I believe it's worth it no matter your skill level, for a backup set, or even on the go.
