Rubies DC Comics Superheroes: The Flash Costume for Kids

When my 9 yr old came to me and said he wanted to be Flash for Halloween; I wasn't quite sure if I liked it or not. I thought that maybe it was a little too young for him. However, after looking at a few different options, I realized that they had different costumes for different age groups. This one worked perfectly for him! He's 4'6 and 73 lbs., and I ordered a medium. It fit him perfect! He looked great in it and everyone raved over him. He ended up wearing it to 3 different functions and we never saw another Flash. We did have to put a shirt on under it because it's open in the back under the closure, but we had a solid red dry fit under armour shirt and it it worked perfect. The quality is great and the only issue we had was with the Velcro closure in the back.One side of it separated from the fabric, but we were on the go so we just pinned it and carried on. This is one that we have decided to keep and put it back in the bag and in the closet!

See my title. The entire thing is made of very durable fabric, down to the boot tops. It is easy to get into, but maybe because I bought a size up. Even with that, it still fit him perfectly. There was enough ties (around the waist and neck) to secure the costume properly. The boot tops fit very well over his Crocs (with elastic bands wrapping around the soles) and they stuck! +5 points there for that reason alone!!! The costume is pretty warm so that is nice for the night. And the mask is beautiful, it isn't squished down or flimsy and made of felt. This is the real deal! The mask is also adjustable to fit their heads of any size and it's so easy to put on. The details on the costume are nice too, no fraying. We took the costume on a trial run to get his portrait pictures taken and they turned out great. For the little zoomers in your life, this is the costume to get for Halloween, or even just for his imagination closet. :) He wanted to wear this ever since he watched Daddy Day Care with me. LOL

My son is 5. I don't really know if he is small or big for his age or what, but I got the medium. It was a little long, which is fine because a small would have been too small I bet. But geez he loves this thing. He put it on immediately and as you could guess he was flashing around the house all night. The helmet thing looks super cool. Obviously this isn't like super awesome quality. It has cheap little Velcro in the back of the suit and helmet to hold it on. The 5 stars is for how awesome it looks and how much my son loves it.

Bought this for my son as a Halloween costume and he liked it so much he’s decided to wear it 2-3 times a week since. Sizing chart is pretty spot on, match your child’s weight/height and you shouldn’t run in to fitment issues. No complaints of itchiness from the fabric though we did experience a little tearing at the seams after a few weeks of continuous wear. It’s held up pretty well, considering. The color of the suit has stayed well after multiple washings. I do recommend sewing or securing the lightning bolts on the mask if your kid plans on wearing the costume often to prevent them coming off after the first few washes. The same goes for the straps in the foot portion of the costume that hold the outfit in place.

Our little dude went wild over this costume! I dont have his dimensions, he's growing so fast, but at exactly 5 years old, it fit him perfectly. I was immediately designated Best Auntie EVER. It seems to be mostly polyester so maybe it will last to stretch a bit for Halloween. But after about 10 minutes of this little Flash saving his sister from monsters with his amazing speed in the August Texas heat, he proclaimed he was too hot and ready to take it off. But c'mon, this stuff it meant to delight them for a couple of hours until they outgrow it and, for the price, this one delivers for us all, big time. So pleased, money well spent.

My boy loves his new flash costume 😁🥰 I got him a large and it's a little bit big but it fits great because he has a little room to grow and more time to dress up and play flash🥰

My son liked it even though it didn't have the shoe covers with it that the package stated came with it. He was disappointed within 3 days of him putting it on both Velcro straps came off. First on the mask then on the top of the suit. I also noticed it was starting to come apart at the seams between the legs. I gave it three stars because I figured it was cheaply made when i bought it and it satisfied him even though I ended up having to safety pin the mask and tie the top of the suit together in the back. It served its purpose for my son but don't expect high quality or even medium quality because you won't be getting it.

You know, this is just a fun little costume. I have seen some rants about its durability but I don't know what you would expect for a little costume under 20 bucks. My kid plays in it and plays hard, and he loves it. If anything, it is a pain to get him to take it off. I would recommend going a little big on the sizing as other have suggested. My son wears small in t-shirts and shorts but I went with a medium for the Flash. He has a little room to grow but not much. Had I gone with a small it would have been a stretch to get it on. I recommend hand washing if you want to get a little more life out of the costume. I wish I had one in my size... :)

The custom itself is great but the head mask is just too soft doesn’t sit properly.. overall my son love it .. the flash is his favourite Hero. He loves to run and rise people , so the costume gives him the flash vibes.

Buen disfraz con buenos acabados. Se ajusta por completo a la descripción. Mi hijo quería un disfraz de este superheroe y éste es el que más le gustó.
