Need to plug stuff in to other stuff?
Then look no further. You get equal numbers of both parts: the ones with the pointy bits either side, and, the pointy-one-side, wholey-the-other ones. As you can tell I am an expert in this area. I did look around a bit and you either get loads of them in a bag for much the same price, or they'll come as part of an IC kit. So you may as well get these as they're pretty standard and I've had no issues soldering them onto the plasticy coppery boardy things.

very basic headers
These are the most basic ones you could get. The problem is when it comes to cutting them, they do not split easily and you waste a header at every cut you make.
