Install, no battery recognition, spent some time trying to fix, no change. run diagnostics and find out there is a fault somewhere in line of the SMC ppbus G3-Hot. I returned it without a problem and ordered a new board from them. THEY RESEND THE SAME EXACT FAULTY BOARD, I know this because I replaced the thermal paste with a different color the first time, and also, it tested the same.
