OraMD Bass Toothbrush Pure Unwaxed Dental Floss Packs (3 Pieces Each)

This is the best unwaxed floss I've found since I can no longer find Sunstar Gum Fine, Unwaxed Floss. I was a Dental Hygienist for 40 yrs & used Sunstar (was Butler) extra fine, unwaxed floss for years. I've used several flosses since not being able to find the Sunstar anymore. The OraMD unwaxed floss seems to be just as effective & easy to use. It easily goes between my teeth and removes debris/plaque better than other flosses I've tried for the past year or so. - waxed or unwaxed.

I’ve bought these two times before — the most recent order, it’s evident they changed the supplier and these are NOT Bass brushes. The photo I included shows two toothbrushes purchased from this exact listing — one from a few months ago and one recent. The wide bristle spacing and soft, rounded tips of each individual bristle is why we like Bass brushes. These new ones have neither feature—and if you look closely at the bristles, they are roughly cut off, not soft or rounded at all. Disappointed, and I’m going back to ordering from a trusted small supplier.

I was a bit worried that this floss might not be what it is advertised, "unscented". After reading some answers to my question about its scent, it seems most buyers agree that this floss is indeed unscented. I made the decision to buy it and am glad this floss really has no scent. No mint flavor, no sweet taste, just tastes like nothing. Very happy about this purchase. One thing worth mentioning though, since the floss is unwaxed, it is not easy to slide between teeth. However, I am mostly happy with its unscented quality.

I love that they're unwaxed. My mom won't use the waxed dental floss and these are perfect for her. She even told her dentist about them.

Unwaxed floss is my preference, and it's very difficult to find in local stores. For me, unwaxed floss works much better than flossed. I have purchased this product several times, and it's exactly what I have been looking for. Any minor issues with shredding are the same issues I've experienced with other dental floss products. I will definitely buy this product again.

I was optimistic about this floss being non-chemical and no mint flavor, but when I used it, it shredded and was too thin for me. The toothbrushes were good though.

Awful floss, continually got stuck between my teeth and it was a job to remove it.

For those of you who still like to brush the 'old fashioned' way, these brushes are for you. Soft/medium bristles. Quite comfortable.

The idea of a bass toothbrush is that the bristles should be super soft to allow deeper penetration between teeth and into the gums. These bristles were significantly harsher than my previous toothbrush and cut my gums. You would need to use no pressure when brushing to avoid damaging gums which would defeat the purpose of using a bass brush.
