both the awl and tracing wheel are very sharp, so be careful when handling, but it comes in hand when using these tools. I like the wood handle on the awl and it would have been nice if the tracing wheel matched

Great way to make patterns from favorite garments
I'm really glad I found this needle spoke type of tracing wheel. I've been using it to trace the seamlines of my ready-to-wear garments that I know fit well. That way I don't have to cut the garment apart to trace a pattern.The quality of this wheel is nice! It feels good in my hand, and seems well-made.Bonus!! The small awl that came with the wheel is just the right size for coaxing fabric under the presser foot, and piercing tiny holes. It fits neatly in my hand and seems fairly sturdy.

A perfect addition to my sewing tool kit
These little tools are very nicely made. The tracing wheel made perfect markings on my recent toile and the wooden handle fits smoothly in my hand. I absolutly love the awl for manipulating fabric, point turning and fabric marking. It's small and the perfect size for many sewing tasks. I'm very pleased with both of these tools and would highly recommend them.
