plump, sweet, and moist
This is how dates are supposed to be enjoyed. Each was imperfectly perfect - opened the box 2 days ago and the three of us have already resigned to hiding it for a while - you can't eat just one!

Cons:Way below average dates at an exorbitant cost; supermarket organic dates are better at a fraction of the price.Pros:If nothing else is available and some culinary emergency.Biggest + is glyphosate-residue free.Reality: would never recommend.If these are good quality to you, you've never had even a decent date.Go buy from the farms directly online for the same price or cheaper, the quality difference making up for any price disparity manifold over.All in all i love dates and there's no pros and cons in a love affair 😂

These were really disappointing
I was hesitant to buy these because of the cost but decided that they would be worth it. Unfortunately, they were not. These were extremely dry and hard when they should have been moist and soft. It seemed to me that they were not a recent crop and had been sitting around a warehouse for quite some time. I am whole food plant-based and use a lot of dates for baking. These were a disaster and impossible to use for that purpose unless you soak them for a long time and then add additional liquid to the recipe. I have had to add as much as a 1/2 of a cup of water to make up for the dryness-that should tell you how dry they are. I had previously purchased another brand organic Medjool date that wasn't available when I bought these. They were as expensive but totally worth it-moist, chewy, and delicious! In the future, I would buy non-organic from the previous seller then buy from this company again. I will say that these do have a nice taste. If all you were going to do was eat them and not cook with them as long as you didn't mind the hardness you might be okay.
