If you scroll down to Ingredients, you find: Ingredients Co-E1 NADH (Reduced ß-Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide-Coenzyme Vitamin B3),Chlorophyllin,Inactive Ingredients: D-mannitol, sodium bicarbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, kollidan, natural peppermint flavoring, and magnesium stearate.

Can these tablets be cut into smaller dosages? If so, how many pieces could be tablet be cut into?

You can cut it into as many pieces as you'd like, although I don't understand why you'd want to do that as 20mg is the dose you'd need at least 1x/day in order to get the desired effects.
