This product is very well built. I just got done hanging upside down on these babies and they are rock solid!I am 6 ft 1 in, 200 lbs.This is a great price for something so solid. I look forward to diversifying my workout routine.Remember, you have to mix it up to confuse your body or your muscle growth will eventually plateau.Oh, and about the other reviews mentioning the numbers on the straps being misaligned, well that is not an issue in my experience.And by the way, I purchased these outright, no exchange for any reviews here.Have a great day!

Great so far. Wood rings are solid, should last a long time. The straps are wide and decently thick and the clamps seem equal to the task. I didn't like some of the reviews of the cheaper rings talking about how the clamps give/slip and no worries with these. They hold my 300 lbs no problem. Also, a lot of the cheaper rings didn't have the FIG size which I was looking for.Also, I didn't think I'd really need the numbers on the straps, but it's actually really convenient. Much easier to line up the numbers than trying to eyeball the distance from the rings to the floor or ceiling.

The ratchet assembly is a bit awkward. Adjusting takes some getting used to- it just seems a bit small /hard to hold for my fingers. But no big deal. I would have given 5 stars if the Velcro loop tie straps were not so thin and flimsy. They get twisted too easily and I'm not sure how long they will last. I just can't understand why these Velcro tie straps are so mismatched to the overall robustness and heavy duty quality of the rings , the main straps and the ratchet assembly. It would have been so much better with nice wide/substantial/heavy duty Velcro loop straps.

Superb quality rings, latch and straps!I truly did not expect such good craftsmanship for the price (I paid $35 through Amazon Prime).The straps are extremely well made, the markings are sharp, well printed and very useful for hanging a "close enough" alignment and for tracking height settings for various exercises. The latches are solid, thick metal with the spring lever taut but not overly immovable. The multiple rows of grip teeth bite into the straps with perfect balance and lock into immovable alignment (I weigh 205lbs at 6ft and they hold me without breaking a sweat).Finally, the rings are sanded to a perfectly smooth finish,solid and feel incredible in my hands.If you're still unsure, stop waffling and get these now. I still can't believe the quality of these rings for the price.

This is just what I needed in order to get rid of my pull-up/Dip station. I have a ceiling mounted pull-up in my garage so hung these ring from it using the straps. I'm 6'1", 183lbs and holds me up with no issues. My daughter and I played around on them yesterday and today I used them to actually workout. I recommend them! I also received the order faster than expected in good condition.

The straps are numbered for matching lengths easily, and they are 1.5 inches wide with no stretch. The rings appear to be made of layered wood, like plywood. They were fairly smooth, but I used some 300 grit sandpaper formed in a cylinder to make the surface more even. Some people may like the surface with some texture, which is how they come out of the box. These rings are perhaps twice the price of plastic ones, but I think they have a better feel and seem like they will probably outlast me. I think the numbered straps and wood rings, make this item well worth the money. I wrote an email to Rep Fitness, asking if anything should be applied to preserve the wood and got a response the next day saying nothing was needed. They were easy to hang. Rings add a new challenging dimension to the normal calisthenics and bar workout.

I own a few gymnastics rings yet i nor my family are involved in any gymnastics sports. However, I can tell you these are very nice. The quality is great and the wood rings are smooth and solid. The quick adjust straps are also very helpful with the markings on them so we know where to position the rings for each member of the family. I currently have them mounted to two eye bolts in my basement. I have had them now for 6+ months and I am very happy with this purchase. If you give these a try you will not regret it (beware this advice is coming from a novice!)

I've been using these for 1.5 years now so it's time for a review!These far exceed all the cheap gymnastic rings I've used in material and build quality. The rings themselves are nice on the skin and the wood has not splintered at all. The straps are very sturdy, easy to adjust, and the markings on the straps are great. The strap buckle is high quality and easy to adjust. I've used other rings where you had to press the buckle so hard that it hurt your thumb, but not these!To top it all off, when I first ordered these, my package got lost in transit so Rep sent me another set for no additional charge! The original package eventually was located and delivered to me, so I got two sets for the price of one! I gave the second away as a gift, and I'm sure the gift has kept on giving for them too.
