HARD PASS. BUY OEM ONE.
Mic is terrible. Sound quality is terrible. It squeals terribly. Doesn’t fit correctly in the headset unless you jam it in there really hard. Don’t buy.

Not great
I bought this to replace my son's mic on his headset. It fit his headset and kind of works. Apparently his friends can barely hear him so he doesn't use it. He has resorted to using the mic on his camera. So essentially this was a wasted purchase.
