Is this HomeKit compatible?

We are sorry that it can't support the homekit.

Can you part arm the system. For example can I arm the downstairs of my house and not upstairs or can I have the pir off and the door sensors on?

You can and it’s a great idea to do so, in my opinion anyway...... we’ve got the windows permanently armed and different settings for the rest of the house for when we’re at home, out and about or in bed!
