Will Playstation 4 or 5 disks fit?

We don't own a playstation, but if the disc is the same size or smaller than a DVD disc it Wii fit.

Will these pages hold album art so i can recognize the disc and keep the notes ?

Yes it will. I love mine. You might have to downsize the album art. I did.

Is the outside cover smooth enough to place stickers?

Yes. The minimal texture means stickers & labels adhere both on the out- & inside cover.
