This is a very convenient tool.
The product is great but the seller sent the product USPS so the purchase arrived broken in half. We returned the product using the convenient process as described by the seller. As soon as UPS, not USPS read the return bar code the seller sent the replacement. Too bad UPS was not utilized originally.

It is the most awkward tool for a disabled or elderly person to use. Very frustrating due to flimsy tension mechanism and non- ergonomic grip angle. A disappointed purchaser!
