It's a keeper! and easy to manipulate while balancing on one foot.
I have an older idrive knee walker that doesn't steer & is awkward to collapse into my car, so was looking for a “new and improved” model. Everything now steers - one item off my list. A main aspect that I had to consider was getting it in & out of my car on my own, while balancing on one foot – will be none weight-bearing on one foot for at least 3 months. The Zler knee walker appeared to be the most convient. I liked the overall look, and reveiws. I won't need this till Dec 2020 but want to get everything lined up ahead of time, including moving it in and out of the car by myself, since I'll need to do this at work. Overall, I would highly recommend this walker. Such an improvement over my old one. Love the white and lime green color of the frame – adjusted my crutches to match. (Will still need to use those dangerous items in between times.) Hubby was impressed with the overall design and construction. He knows I'm a major klutz so I need very sturdy items. I can manipulate this walker while balancing on one foot and that is the most important fact. If you have the time, get the walker in advance and practice if you have to move it in and out of your car on your own. I still have to practice while wearing a winter coat, since I'll be using this Dec - April.PROS: Rolls like a dream in my house, on both a vinyl and carpeted floor, & cement of garage. Steering didn't seem to be an issue but need a little wider radius than I realized to turn. This one was much easier to adjust to my height than my older model. No more hopping because it's too tall or too short. I like the contoured knee pad but with a cast or boot, it fits differently. (I have my boot from the prior surgery so I was able to try it out.) I've already added the memory foam cushion due to a knee issue. I like the mesh basket but hope it survives having stuff caught in the fabric. My other was wire & I had to make a liner to keep items from falling out, so glad I didn't have to do this again.. As for getting it in and out of the car, it's taking practice but I can accomplish this while standing on one foot. Folding the handle while balancing on one foot is a bit challenging, so I'm glad I have this in advance of needing it.CONS: This is really the only bad part: THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! PLEASE REWRITE THEM!! If you don't have much experience putting items together, the instructions will confuse you. The instructions have a picture of the parts listed with numbers but the actual walker has parts labeled with letters. The put-together-instructions don't use either. The pictures in the instructions don't match the walker, or are in reverse. There wasn't any comment regading which way to turn the front wheel, & until the bottom of the handle was inserted, it worked fine both ways. Put it together with front wheels reversed, and the handle won't collapse. I had to use a hammer to get the bolt attaching the handle to the frame – no way would it thread with the handle in place. Luckily, I put the handle on to figure out which way it would fold prior to hammering in the bolt. The knee pad has no direction on which is front or back. It isn't really hard to figure out but still there should be something label front and back so everyone gets in on the correct way the first time. There is absolutely no instructions on how to fold the handle down for placing into the car. Hubby figured it out after playing around with it for a few minutes. I had lost patience by that time. I like the strip of velcro to secure the brake cabel but plan on putting another cable strap or zip tie or two on the handle to keep it from getting caught on things. I understand making the basket to just slide on is easy, but I would have preferred having it bolted in place. It's already been knocked off just moving it around the house by my family members. So my con is the poorly written instructions.

Life saver after ankle surgery. Great scooter.
This is a great, sturdy scooter. Amazing for the price. Don’t depend on crutches after ankle surgery. The basket is a must. So are the locking brakes. Seat is hard. GET A PAD COVER! Sturdy side to side but I go over bumps very slowly and I’m fine. Turning radius isn’t great but that is what makes this scooter so sturdy. I never feel like I’m going to tip sideways.

Sturdy and Smooth!
I needed a second scooter because I have 2 floors. My first scooter purchase was the Elenker. It just squeaks too much & doesn't feel smooth.I bought this one for the my second floor and for a road trip. This cart is smooth, sturdy, stable. Well built. It quietly glides and looks a bit more like a bike than traditional knee cart. Be careful it can move fast! (;My only disappointment is the basket it cheap and flimsy. The snap broke out of box. It also doesn't have as tight of a turning radius as the Elenker, so I hope it around. The seat is a little slippery, so I ordered a cover.

Loved using this scooter
After my Achilles surgery, we purchased this scooter. We loved the fact that is was foldable and easy to take apart and put back together. The basket was useful for holding things that I would normally carry in my hands like my purse or my phone or a book. The brakes did have to be tightened up after a few uses, but otherwise I was very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone who has needs it.

Read reviews. Don't buy
The media could not be loaded. I should have read the reviews. I's a pretty scooter, it looked sturdy but within 15 mts of using it in the house, the wheel bearings went out. Very disappointed. No problem with returning it and getting a refund. I bought locally instead at the medical supply store. Needed it then.

Well designed. foladable and compact but crappy bearings
Well designed. folad-able and compact but crappy bearings.IT was easy to assemble, and to figure out how it folds down for transport and the frame is sturdy beyond belief with great welds.however the rear bearing after the second week of use is starting to go, it's making a grinding noise. at this juncture it'll... survive long enough for my son to be back on his feet again but any intent of keeping it about for the future is going to be impossible as the rear bearing will be trash by then making it unusable.

Freedom - update, postive
Am blessed to only be off my feet’s for 3 months, so this will give me the freedom to get around safely and not struggle with crutches. For the price it seems extremely stable, folds up, and has a basket! The goal is safe mobility during recovery; not four wheeling and over doing it. For anyone who says the pad could be softer, I say that’s your knee telling you to sit a bit. I like it. The only challenge will be small bathrooms or stalls. The fix in my home was a one foot balance then sit, then a manual lift and turn, as it is very light weight. Go slow, be smart, and use it to get around and get better.UPDATE: Do not ever use the scooter as a stabilizing item or levage. When transition to the scooter ALWAYS use something of substantial weight. The scooter is not grounded. Like they say at sea; one hand on the boat. I used the handle as I shifted from sitting to scooter and went down. All is okay, with me but I bent my basket as it took the brunt. Thank you basket.
