adidas Originals Women's Superstar

The Adidas Originals Women's Superstar sneakers are absolutely fantastic! The color is gorgeous—so vibrant and stylish, making them the perfect addition to any outfit. The laces are a nice touch too, adding a bit of flair, but just a heads up—make sure to tighten them properly as they can be a bit slippery if left too loose. Other than that, these shoes are a total win! My wife is completely in love with them, and she gets so many compliments every time she wears them. They’re comfortable, trendy, and versatile—definitely a must-have for anyone looking to add a classic yet modern vibe to their shoe collection! Highly recommend!

I think I could have ordered a 5.5 and they would have fit me better. I have had a few pair of these sneakers. They were always gifted and everyone says to size upbut personally I say size down. I am usually a size ).6-6.5 my daughter is a T=Toddler 8 so Ibought her an 8.5T. She had a pair of gold ones when she was a T7.5 and she grew out of themin weeks. So now she is a T8 and I decided to get a T8.5 and they are very big on her. at least she will have them for awhile . I know for next time now. For me, I definitely could have gotten away with a 5.5 instead of a 6. regardless, these shoes are great! they comfortable, go with just about anything and you can match your family, kids, partner. they’re such a clean and classic look. the bright white and detail make for a classy look. unisex also. These sneakers are my go to. I wouldn’t go running in these sneakers just bc there really isnt any support around the ankle. not at all disappointed a- i love them!

Adidas have always been my favorite trainers, but I've not ordered them in YEARS. True to form, right out of the original box they fit and feel like "slippers". So comfortable and no "break-in" needed. I received mine from "ShopAKIRA". Totally original.I read that some people appear to be getting fakes. There are several ways to tell if the shoes you received are fake or not. I'll run over a few things here:1) Look at the toe cap. There should be 6 dividing lines. On the bottom of the cap where the cap meets the "bezel" for lack of a better word, the "Xs" should be PERFECTLY aligned. 6 on the outer edges, 4 on the inner divisions. AGAIN, these should be PERFECTLY ALIGNED.2) On the inside tongue of the shoe, the label on the originals is SEWN on - or glued in a way it will not easily come off and has the size chart for US, Europe, etc. The fakes will probably have a STICKER on the inside w/o this information.3) On the sewn-in (glued) label on the tongue of the shoe, there is a serial number at the bottom. On the FAKE shoes, this number will match for both shoes. On the ORIGINALS it will be DIFFERENT for each shoe.4) The fakes do NOT have the lace guide in the middle of the outer tongue of the shoe.5) Look on the bottom of the shoe. On the tread, there will be an "adidas" stamped into the sole. The fakes will not have this.6) Lift up the liner (insole liner). On the ORIGINALS there will be a BLUE base under the liner, repeatedly stamped with "adidas". The fakes will NOT. It will be white, gray, or some other color and composition.7) The stiching on the outer shoe will be at angles and come to more or less a "point" near the ankle. On the fakes, the stitching is more of a "curve". "SUPERSTAR" and the outer tongue will be stamped/embossed in bright gold. You can feel the edges on the originals.8) In the originals, the logo on the tongue and back of the shoe is EMBOSSED INTO THE LEATHER. On the fakes it is only stamped.9) General workmanship will be comparatively shoddy.If they're real, they will feel wonderful on your feet. If not, check the other things I mentioned. There are also videos on Youtube for how to determine a fake. If you get a fake pair of Adidas or anything else from Amazon, return them IMMEDIATELY and make a complaint to Amazon.

I am very happy with this purchase. Style and quality were as described. I didn’t have to break them in. They run just a little big. However, it didn’t affect comfort - I almost ordered an 8, so glad I didn’t.

I returned these because the sizing was too suspicious and I thought they might've been a knockoff. I ordered my true size (9.5) and had WAY too much room. I lifted the sole insert and saw the threads were just taped down with thin masking tape. I got nervous they weren't genuine, so I returned these and bought a pair from a Foot Locker.Here's the thing though.... The Foot Locker pair was exactly the same. I ended up needing an 8.5 - a FULL SIZE smaller than my usual 9.5/10. And the threads were also taped down in that pair. I compared the 2 shoes and they were identical in construction, so I DO believe these are the genuine article.If you have any doubt, there are tons of articles online to identify knockoff Superstars. Feel free to compare for your own peace of mind!As for the shoe itself (now that I've gotten the right size), I LOVE THEM. First of all, these are super "in", so you get to look fashionable and on-trend while wearing sneakers. I find they're much easier to clean versus the similar, cheaper Cloudfoam shoes - these have rubber toe and stronger leather.I found they need a little breaking in, since they actually offer a nice, cushion-y interior. It may take some time to compress the arch or heel or whatever so it molds perfectly to your foot. They're also very warm - good for winter, uncomfortable in summer. I would suggest starting by wearing them a few hours at a time to break them in (as with any new shoe). Wear them to the grocery store or park before you commit to a full day walking around an amusement park or something.Pro tip: When cleaning, the leather returns to white but the threads tend to stay brownish. Use a toothpaste and an Oxy-clean + water paste to get in there and brighten the threads. Your shoes will look good as new.

This is the 5th pair I have bought over many years and are my favorite shoes. Last a long time, very comfortable and versatile.
