Overflowing oil!
The flavour is not bad at all, and would easily replace the vegetarian pesto except for the phenomenal amount of oil! I wouldn't advise mixing all of the oil into the pesto as it just makes the pesto into s soup. Drain most of it off, leaving enough to make the correct consistency of pesto. It only deserves 4 stars because of the excess oil.
