I have tried many eyed drops for my dry eye, including refresh. However, this one with mega 3 oil last in my eyemuch longer so I do not have to reply as often. Also, if I twist the cap off, I can reattach it so that I can use the product morning and night without having to throw away half of the container.Very happy with it.

I have two Persians with heavy tear stains and I have sjogrens. Thus product is great for all of us. It is also HRA/FSA reimburse able. Highly recommend

Wish the drops were in a more traditional bottle vs the individual, small vials they come in now. Also, it took a while to realize the top of the vial was reusable. The Refresh Mega 3 drops are very soothing.

My 82 year old mother has extreme dry eyes. These help her more than the other drops.
