Good for working outside!
I ordered these in a size large and I recieved 2 pairs as both my husband and son needed some for doing outside jobs. Both were pleased with them and they fitted OK, a little big, could of got away with a medium I think but in the winter it allows them to wear a thin pair of gloves underneath so it doesn't really matter. They are made of leather so should last a while.Very good for outside work. Can recommend.

Love these but...
Purchased for general and garden maintenance as well as tool handling. They fit well using the size guide provided in the ad and are extremely comfortable and flexible. Unlike other leather gloves I can hold a pen and write, hold a tissue and blow my nose, operate a number press key lock and picking small items up, plus they look quite smart. However, they are no good if anything robust comes up against them as they tear relatively easy: in this instance protruding sticks (see photo).Fortunately these came as two pairs but I have now taken to gaffer tape and ‘double-gloving’ for back of hand protection.

Strong smell of turpentine on my hands
These gloves make your hands smell of turps. Can't be good for you. I noticed a label that says "warning - carcinogenic/reproductive harm"I tried applying some beeswax to soften them as I do all my leather gloves and it's just made them blotchy and it smears around/won't absorb. If I hadn't already ruined one pair and thrown them away I'd be sending them back.Very very very strange leather....not really sure how to treat them now.Don't want to put them on because of the chemicals/smellDon't want to wash them for fear of not knowing how they'll react. Can't treat them with conventional products. Not good really.

close fitting, sensitive and puncture resistant
I have used these gloves for gardening and diy work. I like to feel what I touch, which is why I like these gloves. My long thin fingers can move freely.I have used them for several hours so far, and they haven't been puctured, and I have payed with my puppy while wearing them, and he bites.I can't say how they'll fare in the wet and cold. They come well packed in a reusable plastic bag with a double sided plastic clip. Not sure what the clip is for?

These gloves are hit or miss .you get good pairs and bad pairs
Gone through about 6 pairs of thease gloves I use them in work for hedge laying thay handle black thorn and bramble with out a problem the leather is good quality but the stitching is hit or miss some of the pairs last for ages and some of them the stitching around the thumbs fails .the last pair only lasted 2 days before the stitching fell apart its a shame because i like them .But no consistent quality. I will Probably try a different brand as the last ones were partially bad

Great work gloves
This item arrived safe and well packaged. This is a gorgeous pair of gloves!! They are made very strong and durable fabric. They are clearly made to the absolute highest standards. I can see how they would be fantastic on a work site, however I'm just a keen gardener. But I can confirm that these gloves are fantastic for home use too! They're warm, strong and very very durable!I highly recommend this product.

Cheap quality rubbish
These are the cheapest nastiest gloves i have ever used ! Thin, undersize, cheaply made. Cheap doesnt even come close to the quality, we use cheap gloves at work that cost £20 for a box of ten and they are far superior to these that £20 for 2 pairs. Some1 somewhere is making a killing on these pieces of crap!!!!

Good value protective glove
Bought for outside work . They fit well, have good grip and ,as the leather is so soft, they are very flexible . One aspect to think about is the tightening system on the wrist . It might be possible to catch/snag on moving machinery such as circular saw and maybe an elastic wrist fitting glove might be better in this instance .On the whole , good value and as good as some dearer products
