I had plenty of room for more of each item if I had wanted it. I pack my lunch at night and stick it in the refrigerator. The pecans and crisps stay nice and crispy. I pack pork rinds a lot too and they also stay crisp overnight in the refrigerator. It is obviously not leak proof and it is not intended to be. I don't see that as a negative since I knew it buying it. I do plan on buying some dip containers to use with it. It is obviously not microwave safe. So if I intend to take something that has to be heated I just put it on a paper plate and microwave it or I use a different container that day. It is dishwasher safe and very easy to clean. It is not insulated. It isn't going to keep your food hot or cold very long. It does just fine on my 20 minute commute and I put it in the refrigerator when I get to work.
