It's a lot of stuff for not too much money. But the mats I got smelt bad, either some chemical, or perhaps some side effect of a "burning" process. I didn't feel comfortable having the rolling mats touch the food, so I covered them in cellophane wrap, but this made rolling much much harder. I will use the other stuff, but I mostly wanted some spare mats, so it's a bit of disappointing purchase.

Definitely pleased with this set and the quality of the items. Everything you need for basic sushi making in one kit and the fact it had multiple mats was a plus. It was purchased as a gift and the recipient loved it!

Everything is good quality. The knife is sharp and sturdy. I look at multiple combinations packaged. This one had enough chop sticks for the family. I would have like 2 extra soy sauce bowls to compliment the number of chop sticks. Other than that its perfect!

Nice sturdy bamboo mats. I really like how this kit has everything you need for sushi night! The chopstick holders were super cute too.
