Comes with a blue light blocker test inside through which you can check its effectiveness. You can even wear these while riding a bike to avoid any particles or droplets from entering your eye. Although these won't fully protect your eyes.Cons - It's not smudgeproof. Lenses have to be cleaned each time before wearing or your vision won't be clear.
