L'ANZA Healing Volume Zero Weight Hair Gel, 6.8 Fl Oz

L'ANZA is a pump light gel. I only use 1 or 2 pumps (short-medium men's cut). It has a light apple scent that disappears fast. I apply by lightly running my fingers & hands through my wet or dry hair. (Don't apply to scalp or rub into head.) I then use my hands to comb my hair. The L'ANZA leaves my hair standing with full body, however it is so light you can comb it (with fingers) any way you want. You can push it down flat and you’ll have a small amt of body. Your hair will not look, feel, or smell like you have product on. It rinses off easily & doesn't stain my pillow, much like a water-based product. Everything else I've used felt oil-based, heavy, smelled until I shampooed, & stained my pillow. Note that L'ANZA did allow some fly-away problems outdoors in the wind, but I suspect that's because I only use 1-2 pumps. NOTE TO ANYONE ALSO APPLYING ROGAINE: I apply Rogaine foam first by rubbing into scalp & waiting 5+ min, then proceed with L'ANZA as above. BOTTOM LINE: I'm really happy with L'ANZA. Chosen by my AI, it's the only hair grooming product I've ever been completely happy with. I'm happy with the price, it's easy to use, it does it's job well, it's light & clean.

My fine straight hair loves this product! No weight and just enough body to give a little lift!

You might find it expensive, I know. But it takes just a little to go a long ways. Your curls will thank you. To complement it, get the silk night cap. It keeps your curls from frizzing :)

Why do companies change the containers of their products when the present one is just perfect? Is it a money-maker? Personnally, it is the stupidist thing they can do. The old bottle for this product was see-thru which is always helpful and the cap worked it great where you could turn the cap on and also turn the cap off. Well, with the new bottle, which is ugly by the way, is not see-thru and the cap does not even work at all!!!! Additionally, the bottle is sticky in places where there is printing and it is unreadable! PLEASE STOP CHANGING THINGS.....IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!!!!!!

Lightweight. Soft. Can't feel it in my hair. Smells nice. but doesn't hold up all that long. It's hard to find a product that holds well AND isn't crunchy. For reference, my hair is medium length and thin. It used to be thicker, using this product is one step on my journey to restoring the health of my hair.

This is a brilliant product. I used Lanza zero weight gel years ago but went onto other products. Because so many products I like seem to be annoyingly discontinued. I seem to get a replacement which sounds good but is either too sticky and difficult to work with. When browsing through the internet I found Lanza gel which turns out to be exactly what I've been searching for. Tip : even though it says zero weight gel, used sparingly. On short hair about 2 or 3 pumps is sufficient into palm of hands and spread through. Good value for a great product.
