I've been using the product now for some six months and my irritated bladder is back to normal. I also have been taking 1000 mg of pumpkin seed oil so it's a bit difficult to separate one from the other but I can definitely say that the combination has eliminated my irritated bladder symptoms and improved my BPH. I took the recommended starting dose for the first three months but after my symptoms cleared up I just cut back to three capsules a day and have continued with that to good effect. I don't really want to experiment too much as that might result in symptoms returning and another long wait for relief and I'm OK with three capsules a day. The product is very expensive so that's a downside but, fortunately, I can afford it. When you have a painful bladder and UT problems money isn't as big an issue; you just want relief. This is definitely worth a trial if you have UT problems.
