These Star String Lights have been such a fun and cozy addition to my classroom! As a special education teacher, I try to create a calming and welcoming environment for my students—and these lights help do exactly that. I love that they plug in, so I don’t have to worry about constantly replacing batteries. The remote control makes it super easy to switch between different settings—whether it’s sparkle, flash, dim, or steady glow. My students especially enjoy watching the stars twinkle or fade gently; it adds a magical, calming vibe to our space. The warm white color is soft and not too bright—perfect for sensory-sensitive students. It’s enough to make the room feel inviting without being overstimulating. I’ve strung them along a bulletin board, but they’d look great across a window, bookshelf, or ceiling line too. The build quality is great so far. They’ve held up well with daily classroom use, and I appreciate that they’re waterproof too—just in case I want to use them outside for events or activities. The timer function is also a nice bonus if you want them to turn off automatically. If you're looking to bring some soft, decorative light and a peaceful atmosphere to your classroom (or any space!), I highly recommend these star string lights. My students love them just as much as I do!

I LOVE these lights! They are the perfect warm glow, and come with a remote to change the brightness, set a timer, or put a chase or sparkle setting. The bulbs themselves are small and plastic, so for my purposes (being the main lighting in a pets space) it's ideal!

So cute!! The stars feel sturdy and not like some cheap plastic. Also the cord is very long, so it almost covered my entire room 😆. Wish it had a setting to dim the colors/brightness, but overall they’re nice! The colors are also cute and I love that it has a variety. Easy to install and use. Some colors are bright than the others too.

Love these lights! Very long strand with many settings and a remote. Perfect for many uses.

Update 1/31/2026: The company contacted me a day or 2 after my review, offering to send me replacement lights after the first set randomly stopped working. Couldn't be more pleased with their customer service and of the quality of the replacements (pictured). . . I ordered these on 6/6/2025, got them like a week later, absolutely loved them. They were perfect for my room, lighting it up beautifully and just enough. They were perfect, until recently (1/18/2026). Out of no where I am not able to turn them on. The receiver on the wall plug in lights up showing it's receiving power, so I have no idea why they won't turn on. I changed the battery in the remote, so maybe the remote is broken? The button on the plug in part does nothing besides set up the timer. So sad that these randomly stopped working after having them less than a year.

Update: the seller sent me a new set after learning about our experience and this one was flawless. I installed them without any problems or breaks and I love that they can be turned on or off with the remote. Original: These are super cute, but when trying to set them up, one of the wires snapped in half. Now they won't turn on and we are outside of our return window. We were very gentle with them.

If you want to feel cozy and elevate your room for cheap; these are a must. The light quality is good, you can adjust the brightness.

These star string lights are great for a kid’s room. The stars are really cute, and the remote has a ton of color and motion options, which makes them fun to play around with. The only downside is that when you use the preset modes like strobe or flash, you can’t choose a specific color—it just cycles through all of them. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if you want one color with an effect. Overall, they’re a fun, colorful addition and perfect for kids’ spaces.

They are beautiful, does it exactly what it says it does!! I would buy again. I was a little rough untangling them and a ball fell off, I pushed it back on and has been fine. Only thing that would make it better is there were more dimming options.

I thought I'd do the helpful thing and write a review just to say that if you've been going back and forth between string lights options, you need to stop NOW and pick this one. I expected absolutely nothing from something that comes from who knows where, but BOY it delivered!! The pictures don't even do it justice. Maybe it's the settings on my phone that corrupt the colors but it's not at all yellow, it's a warm white, just like I was wishing for. And the light bulbs themselves are insane!! They're heavy because the plastic is full, not hollow. They're overall very well built. Like I wouldn't even be scared to accidentally step on them (ouch cause your foot doesnt win against the light bulbs) or drop them. The remote settings are also pretty cool!! It's time to brighten the livingroom yall 💪

So beautiful! I would’ve given 5 stars but the remote that it came with doesn’t work. But all in all I would buy them again :)

Horrible quality. Came in a box already broken.
