I honestly really like it. The item stayed on my body the whole entire time. I didn't have to adjust it even when we were dancing. I wore this item for a good 5 hours and didn't feel any type of discomfort. If you think that it's too tight on you, don't force it and use a different size.QUALITY:The merchandise has a good quality fabric. You can tell that the hinges are intact and it will take force for anyone to pull these hooks. The garter is pretty stretchy so, if you think that the item is slightly small, you can stretch this without any issues. However, if it's too tight, just get a replacement one that's a size up.NOW THE ISSUE:The only issue I have is my hives. After the party, I removed this around my waist to discover that I had an allergic reaction to this item. If you think that the item is too small, it's really not. This is caused by an allergic reaction to the fabric. I have no idea what's on that that caused me to have this. It's severely itchy and it's painful. This isn't just a regular hive. It's been 4 days and it's there there. It's actually worse than the pictures now. However, I am aware that I am allergic to many things but didn't think that I will be allergic to a fabric. Who knows what they dyed this on. I'm going to take the fault for this since I didn't actually wash it since it arrived the day of the party I needed to attend. Still, if this is happening to my skin, who knows what kind of chemicals this is drenched in.NOTE:I know I am allergic to many things but maybe the company might need to use something else to dye this item to prevent this type of problem. I honestly don't know what can cause this type of irritation on my skin other than GLUE (if there's any) on the garter, or it's the dye. The reason why I'm giving this a 4 star is because it is a good item but very risky to use especially if you have sensitive skin. Washing it might help but I cannot guarantee it. I probably won't try to use this again.

The extender helped to fit in all the extra bits. This way the trainer can grow with you, and or shrink with you! It flexes with my movements. I feel hugged and held comfortably. The sizing was off for me. According to the sizing I should have gotten a 5x. However, upon reading another reviewer with the same measurements who sent it back for a perfect fitting large, I did the same on the first try. Success. I wore it the same afternoon I received it and even slept in it over night. A very noticeable difference in the morning! I am on hook number 6, and will continue to shrink with it.Update: January 25, 2023Down to the next hook! Hook number 5 now.

I'm a very small person, so I purposefully bought an XS because I figured it would actually give me the desired shape. Some people might say that skinny people don't need shapewear, but whatever, I have no curves, no boobs, no hips, and I wanted a feminine figure. I'm tired of looking like a little boy everywhere I go, but I digress. The shapewear is tight, but it's supposed to be. As tight as it is, I can still go to the second row and fit in it. It does get tiring after a while and a little hard to breathe, but it's sucking everything in, so I think that's what normally happens. Probably should've gotten a size Small, but oh well, I'm happy with it. I still have to wear hip filling shapewear to give me the curves I want because I have hip dips, but my waist is definitely smaller and curvier. It gives me the shape I want and boosts my confidence. That's all I care about.

I am so pleased with this trainer. I've owned many. And until recently I was a loyal Yianna waist trainer customer. Crazy as it sounds, I'm allergic to latex. It's critically important that latex doesn't not touch my skin. After multiple births i needed a sturdy waist trainer to protect my middle from further injury. So, as I lost weight, i went through many Yianna waist trainers that had the polyester spandex outter cover, cotton interior cover on it. Due to recent triple hernia belly repair and diastasis recti repair surgery, a sturdy waist trainer was again neccessary. After trying to reorder through Yianna 3 times and receiving the wrong item (latex exposed, I couldn't even open the package) and the company failing to send me the correct item,I turned to this company for a waist trainer with polyester spandex outter/cotton interior, latex middle layer. I AM SO HAPPY I DID!! Not only is this trainer more comfortable, I love that they send an additional panel extender so that customer can effectively aear the same trainer longer, and not having to order the next size down as quickly. Nothing but 5 stars for this company!! I'll never go back to the other brand. Choose this trainer! You won't be disappointed!!

The best waiste trainer so far. You can normally tell after a few hours of wearing if you got a good one or not. Material and boning very strong. I am 190lbs. 5'4. 32 inch waiste. 48 inch hips. VERY curvy. I've been told by Taylor's that I have a short torso which makes waiste trainers very uncomfortable for me. This one doesn't dig in my hips/sides or roll up so far. I order the medium as many reviews with my size waiste did. I used the extender and and started on the second row. So I will be able to take the extension piece out and use even longer. Very glad I purchased this one!.

I bought this so that I can work on fixing my posture. I work from home on a computer all day, and I've noticed lately that I slouch A LOT more than I used to. I'm 5' 4", 142 pounds, and I have a 29.2-inch waist. I wanted this not to be very constricting so I can wear it all day, and I really only needed it for my spine, so I bought a medium. I can get it on the first hooks without the extender and it fits pretty well. If you're around my size and want it tighter, the 2nd and 3rd hooks will probably be better for you. Also, if you're allergic to the preservatives that they use on warehouse clothing, I strongly recommend you google how to hand wash this before you put it on. Overall, a really nice product.

Llevo un mes usándola y me ha encantado!! Es rígida y da un control excelente, no se enrolla y las varillas son muy flexibles por lo que puedes agallarte o hacer cosas sin problema, la recomiendo mucho!! OJO la tabla de tallas SI viene bien pero dice cuanto mide la cinturilla estando en el nivel de ganchos más apretado, por lo que para aprovechar al máximo todos los niveles y el extensor si hay que pedir unas medidas más chicas pues todos los niveles dan como 5-5.5 pg más, por ejemplo mi cintura mide 27pg y pedí la xxs de 22pg para usarla con todo y el extensor y así poder ir disminuyendo todos los niveles.

good product, you get what you pay for.I did about 8 to 10 hours of research on this thing, and I found this product to check off the most boxes in terms of quality, comfort, price, returnability, etc. The customer service is amazing, because it is amazon's customer service that takes care of you. I am actually 31.5 inches on my waist (I am 5'5) so I should be ordering a XL, but I ordered a L and its still tooo big. I have exhnged it for a medium

In no doubt the waist trainer is a very good quality! But my advice is dont follow size instructions, my waist is 38 inches and for that I got the 5XL according to their chart and omg it could fit literally 2 other people with me lol i returned it and read reviews and i realized that since i have an extender that comes with it im going to size down 3 times , I got an XL and it was an excellent choice I use the extender and hopefully after a while without it. So girls size down like 5 inches less than ur waist I would say but remember every body is different. Xx

Perfect fit, used to use the extra strip but now I’m on the second to last slip o no the waist trainer. Love it! However it does hurt at the back a bit because of the stick at the back sticks out

I ordered size 10.2inch long but i received the 11.6in long one. So disappointed 😢. Thinking of cutting it now so i can use it properly. Material is good though. I’m a medium size 5’2 height and XS is quite just right with the extender but i couldn’t sit down as the corset is too long hence hurting my bust.. 😥
