Looks simple but very practical. Sturdy and hold the ground well. Not too heavy so it is easy to move around especially there are two small wheels. Quality is satisfactory.

A great item for the price and very little assembly once out of the box. Easy to store and my wife loves it!

Solidly built except for the insignificant issue with the zippered cushions. Inside the cushion is some sort of Styrofoam padding. The zipper stops and leaves a 2 inch open gap. However…..I don't see a need to remove the cover, ever, and the gap really doesn’t affect the machine that I can see.Having complained, I do like the machine. The joints are solid. It's well made.I love the push up bars. I mainly bought it for the squat but it still hurts my knees. I thought it would take the pressure off of my knees but it doesn’t. Someone said just because it’s called a Sissy Squat doesn’t mean it’s easier, and they were right. I bought a compression sleeve for my knee so maybe that will help when it arrives.I wish the hoops in the front for the resistance bands was a little bigger because my bands do not fit through the hole. I am wrapping them around the push up bars. They do provide a simple elastic band that does fit through the holes, but I prefer mine with handles.To adjust the cushion up and down, you pull the knob out and raise the cushion til the push pin slides into the next hole. So you adjust it to the height of each hole and you can't see the holes, you have to feel them. There are 5 holes.The machine is so easy to set up you can do it without reading the instruction sheet. There are labels on the machine to guide you.I love that it takes up very little room and is easy to move and store. I had an exercise bike and it took up too much room.I'm 5'3" and weigh 130 lbs.

Great for squats but not for back extensions not sturdy. I'm 110 pounds it worked for me but I still did not feel safe using it as a back extension. My husband tried it as a back extension and the machine tiped over.

This bench works great and seems to be very sturdy. Easily adjusts to different heights / sizes. I have a gym partner 5.10' 270 lbs and he was able to use the Sissy squat easily. He did not try the back extension since that was too uncomfortable for him. I'm on the shorter side 5.4' and using the bench has not been a problem. I like that it folds down and is easy to store in the corner or under a bed. The item came completely assembled - all I had to do was attach the adjustment screw knob.

This item came both missing a tightening knob & the back legs bent pretty significantly. I had thought about returning it, but I can't afford the extra cost to get this new & I really need this equipment so I can do assisted squats. Fortunately the manufacturer was able to get me the size information on the missing tightening knob & it was cheap to replace. Oh! I almost forgot, one of the wheels in the front was completely broken off. I'm really rethinking buying stuff off of Amazon moving forward. Their product quality is just not reliable.

La uso da parecchi mesi con diversi esercizi. Devo dire che ne sono molto soddisfatto. Rapidissima da regolare per le varie modalità d'uso.

Bien conçu, bien pensé ,bien réalisé, renforcé la ou il faut . Facile a mettre en œuvre. confortable .réglable niveau pied très intelligent. Soutient mollet un peu trop ferme il eut fallut y mettre de la mousse et non un genre de polystyrène ..
