This has been my favorite creatine powder for over a year now! I actually mix it with my LMNT electrolytes and love the flavor. It is a little bit tart, but I don’t mind at all. It mixes well and it’s very easy on the stomach and does not cause bloat. HCL creatine is a much better form of creatine for your body to digest, plus this company manufactures creatine in the United States, (and last I heard, it was the only one that does ), not in some foreign country, and I feel more confident in knowing that I have a higher quality product.

My family loves this creatine powder! The flavor is great, we make a bunch of different drinks with this. Gives us a nice energy boost when we need it without the crash. Didn’t give us the jitters either. I feel like it also helps with mental clarity and helping stay focused. Great to have if you’re in the road for a long trip or if you have a lot of things to do. It’s super easy to make, it only takes a min to mix with water. The conditioner is small enough to fit in any bag fit in the go energy. The value for the strength and bummer of servings is perfect. Because is this is not Creatine Monohydrate the amount that you have to consume is much smaller for the same impact, the flavor profile is also amazing. No bloating, goes down easily and amazing value.

It helped me push through my sessions with a bit more intensity and recover more quickly between sets. This is particularly beneficial for individuals looking to maximize their gains and reduce soreness. One of the standout features of this supplement is its creatine hydrochloride (HCl) formulation. This form of creatine is known for its increased solubility and bioavailability, which means that you should be able to achieve better results with smaller doses. I found that this made the powder easy to mix, even if it didn't improve the taste. Post-workout, I got a really good pump going, which all my gym bros will know is a good feeling. I tried and did not tolerate the monohydrate version of Creatine. While I did not get bloating, it seemed to soften things a little too much. I happen to be aiming for the "mental clarity" dose, which for monohyrdate is about 10g daily, and I did 5g twice a day. For the HCL I am taking 3g a day, split as 1.5g twice a day. This means that out of the 100 "servings" in a container, I get 25 days. I have tried each flavor. While each one is tolerable, they all have their profiles and quirks. Here is my overview: - Lemon-lime reminds me of thera-flu. There is no sweetness, imo. That said, I think it's the best flavor. - Pineapple is like a muted version of lemon-lime, but unfortunately reminds me of a wet burp. - Raspberry is on the sweeter side. I saw a review that said it reminded them of a popsicle. That is kind of true. It is the least tart of the three. I'd say it's the most pleasant flavor, however, it's a little too sweet for me. I intend on rotating between lemon-lime and raspberry. I may even mix them. I was hoping the lemon-lime would be a bit more like gatorade, but I suspect others may prefer it on the tart side. I gave the product 4 stars, in part because they charge more (or discount less) the lemon-lime flavor. I suspect its because they know it's the best flavor, and not because it costs more or creates more value. Working out is something that everyone does differently in terms of frequency and intensity. While I am avoiding giving a review based on it working or not, I will say my overall recovery after working out seems to be faster. I'd personally have to do A/B testing with more discipline to declare that it works. There is a lot of research out there that suggests it does, and I suggest you do your own.
