CON-CRET Creatine HCl Powder for Women and Men, Lemon Lime, 64 Servings

This has been my favorite creatine powder for over a year now! I actually mix it with my LMNT electrolytes and love the flavor. It is a little bit tart, but I don’t mind at all. It mixes well and it’s very easy on the stomach and does not cause bloat. HCL creatine is a much better form of creatine for your body to digest, plus this company manufactures creatine in the United States, (and last I heard, it was the only one that does ), not in some foreign country, and I feel more confident in knowing that I have a higher quality product.

BLUF: I dry-scoop this product lol. I have tried a lot of powdered creatine products. I do not like large serving sizes or grainy products. This product offers micro scoops (plus), noticeable flavors (plus), and doesn't make me feel nauseous afterward (plus). Negative: You have to take at least two scoops to meet the minimum recommended daily dose. The label says two to three, I believe.

Absolutely love this brand. Creatine HCL has been game changer. I was taking monohydrate before and it was causing so much bloating and I didn’t feel well. I found creatine HCL while watching a video on benefits of creatine and other options were mentioned.After research I came across this brand. I tried the pineapple flavor and it was so good. I went through 2 bottles of pineapple and knew this brand would work for my body. I next tried the lemon lime flavored and this was my winning flavor to convince me to subscribe and now I’m on my second bottle of lemon lime flavor.

Dissolves easily and tastes great!

I tried and did not tolerate the monohydrate version of Creatine. While I did not get bloating, it seemed to soften things a little too much. I happen to be aiming for the "mental clarity" dose, which for monohyrdate is about 10g daily, and I did 5g twice a day.For the HCL I am taking 3g a day, split as 1.5g twice a day. This means that out of the 100 "servings" in a container, I get 25 days.I have tried each flavor. While each one is tolerable, they all have their profiles and quirks. Here is my overview:- Lemon-lime reminds me of thera-flu. There is no sweetness, imo. That said, I think it's the best flavor.- Pineapple is like a muted version of lemon-lime, but unfortunately reminds me of a wet burp.- Raspberry is on the sweeter side. I saw a review that said it reminded them of a popsicle. That is kind of true. It is the least tart of the three. I'd say it's the most pleasant flavor, however, it's a little too sweet for me.I intend on rotating between lemon-lime and raspberry. I may even mix them. I was hoping the lemon-lime would be a bit more like gatorade, but I suspect others may prefer it on the tart side.I gave the product 4 stars, in part because they charge more (or discount less) the lemon-lime flavor. I suspect its because they know it's the best flavor, and not because it costs more or creates more value.Working out is something that everyone does differently in terms of frequency and intensity. While I am avoiding giving a review based on it working or not, I will say my overall recovery after working out seems to be faster. I'd personally have to do A/B testing with more discipline to declare that it works. There is a lot of research out there that suggests it does, and I suggest you do your own.

I know it’s pricey but this creatine doesn’t upset the stomach. I continue to come back to this after trying alternatives. It mixes with water very easily. Not gritty at all. I often pair it with an electrolyte for workouts.

I love this creatine. I do not like the powder creatine. I have tried it and I cannot get it choked down, but I can drink this. It is tart. I don’t use very much water and I drink it every morning and I really love it. I have this on automatic delivery so that I don’t ever run out of it. It’s really good and it’s really concentrated and it has a tart lemony taste, which makes it better than chalky powder. I highly recommend this brand.

البودره قليله جدا في العلبه التى هي اصغر من المتوقع وهذا حسب ما استلمته اشتريت 2 علبه طبعا غير قابله للاسترداد او الاستبدال للاسف ..وعن الاستخدام هذه المره الأولى للتجربة..التقيم عن كميه البودره في العلبه ربع او اقل من الربع سوف اوزن العلبه لاقيم بالضبط لو أمكن

It’s just 61 grams not 100 grams which is mentioned and shown in the picture. it’s a deception!!
