In depth and complete
This is a excellent study and read for those interested in the CGEIT certification exam. The book contains all the information (Domains) and content that you need to understand from the ISACA perspective. The book helps the reader understand ISACA thinking and mindset, which is key to understanding what is being asked of you when you're sitting for the CGEIT exam. Today's exam are not written like 20 years before. Today's exams force you to adopt the sponsor's thinking rather than terminology memorization.

Good body of knowledge, but shallow and contains some logical and grammar issues
Well written and informative. There are some minor grammar issues, such as missing words, which is strange and unprofessional given the ubiquity of word-processors with grammar checkers. More galling are some of the major logical issues, such as the way that the business BSC is presented as the IT BSC early in the book (but correctly presented later, implying the author of the first treatment didn't know what he was talking about.) Also, this apparently serves as the sole body of knowledge for GEIT/EGIT, so it's unfortunate that the book is so shallow. It introduces a lot of ideas, most of which are difficult to find quality external information on, but only at a very shallow level. Finally, while the book is politically neutral in general, which is becoming rare these days, I'm also removing a star for the rather in-your-face political correctness in one major area. I understand that they're under pressure to conform, but that doesn't excuse it.
