I do not intend to write negative reviews on products but if there has been an issue with a product this has to be addressed as this could happen to another customer. I have only had these a few days and the left earbud is not working, I have reset and have charged these but the issue remains. This product has not met its expectations and I am sorry to say this was faulty - I will have to request a full refund on this.

Very surprised how good the sound quality is very good value for money
