This is a great alternative to the expensive balloon arches seen decorating palate backdrop boards for graduation, showers, weddings, etc. I was able to paperclip them open to find good placement on the board and then I eventually hot-glued them to the wood. One or two spots of hot glue secured it nicely. Guests loved it and thought it was very creative! The paper tassels were very easy to put together and hang for a pop of color under the tent!

Only ended up using about 1/2 of these products as the "balls" were quite time-consuming to assemble. Otherwise, very pretty if you have the time to complete the set-up! -TM

I bought these decorations for my best friend's bachelorette party since they matched her wedding colors. We paired these decorations with a few other balloon letters and signage found elsewhere and they matched perfectly. The four stars are because the instructions for the tassel pieces were not easy to understand and there were also really tiny wire closures included to tie off the tassels but they weren't wide enough and we ended up having to taping them instead.

These blue pinwheel decorations and garland were fantastic for our party! Great colors excellent sturdiness. Easy to put up!

I bought the colors would be pastel blue and navy blue but some of them are teal. I do not need teal. I only wanted the blues.
