Easy to use, a good amount for the price (cost about $15 and brings 50 sheets). Would have been great to have bought a US made product, but the reviews were excellent for the most part, so it was an easy choice to make. Sheets are a little smaller than average, but they work better than other brands I've used before. Sheets are fragile but won't rip apart and come roasted evenly. The side where the lines are visible to upwards on the rolling mat, so the rice roll adheres nicely. The color is a dark black, dark brown and has the sheen of indigo sometimes, and this is because it is natural seaweed that's been processed into a sheet and then roasted. Tastes good, can be a little chewy dependant on what it is used with, but so far I've used it on the outside of the roll and not inside. Easy to work with and just as versatile as any other Nori. Will buy again. The quality cannot be beat and the taste is authentic, which helps when you want the closest perfection to edible art, you can. Recommend product and will buy again and again.

I recently tried CHOI’s Daechun roasted seaweed, and it quickly became one of my favorite snacks. The sheets are perfectly thin, crispy, and not too oily. Good product but better cheaper

This taste & works just the way I was needing it to. Decided to buy on Amazon so I could get more for a much more affordable price compared to other stores and very few options. I have been making sushi bakes much more often so this allows me to keep including the seaweed wrap and it will last! Adds a nice crunch to the sushi bake or a seafood casserole. I have ran into others why much more sodium content than this brand. This package notes 25 g per serving size for reference.

Very good quality product as it is advertised on here and the flavor is perfect and what I will keep. I utilize different products and this product will be on my radar from here on out. The price is favorable and fair. I have rolled many rolls already and it is perfect as it holds up in large rolls essentially. I have had absolutely the great results from a product I had never used before and it stood up. I would consider repurchasing again. The flavor is right on point. The sheets are exactly what one would expect and I have enjoyed, as others the quality. I have no exceptions to what I wrote here. The sheets are cut perfectly the shipping was not in anyway effecting quality. Shipped extremely well.

Good product

I purchased this because it was way cheaper per sheet than anything I could find in a local grocery or Asian food store. I have not been disappointed. I'm not Asian, and I've never visited any Asian countries to know what traditional nori should taste like. I'm just a guy who likes sushi a lot and wanted to try making my own. I've had some nori that didn't stick to itself even when wet. Fortunately, this does not have that problem. This nori works well for sushi rolls, and I've also used it to make Spam musubi and it worked great for that too. The sheets are scored with lines across them, which makes it easy to break or cut into strips. I usually cut each sheet in half when I'm making sushi rolls, but you can also use a whole sheet if you want to make a really big roll with a lot of filling. 50 sheets is a lot. Usually when I make sushi rolls, I'll use 3-4 sheets. So this has lasted me a long time. I like the resealable bag, so when I'm done I can just zip it up and toss it back on the pantry shelf. It tastes great too. I'll definitely buy this brand again whenever I use up the whole bag.

Sans aucun doute les meilleures feuilles de nori que j’ai achetées. Cela fait plusieurs années que je prépare des sushis maison et je suis toujours à la recherche des meilleures algues nori. Après en avoir testé de nombreuses, celles-ci sont de loin mes préférées. Leur goût est excellent, la texture est parfaite et elles sont très faciles à rouler sans se déchirer. Le résultat est aussi beau que délicieux. Je ne pourrais plus m’en passer. Pour moi, elles méritent largement la première place. Je les rachèterai sans hésiter !
