Not holding up - beware!
This chair was great out of the box, but in just three short months of daily use, the seat is cracked and splitting in two places that are very noticeable. Hoping the seller will do something to reconcile this problem because it is not worth the money I paid to have only used it 12 short weeks!

Not For Average Size Adults or Larger
This is not for adults. Maybe I missed the small print somewhere.CONS...I am 5' 9". The "head rest" comes to between my shoulder blades. Not even neck height. The seat width definitely forces one to sit a little tighter than they may wish. You'll feel the arms pushing into your thighs, a bit. I am muscular 228 pounds. While the seat looks nice, the colored portions do not quite align as they should. This may require some tweaking with installation, but looking at it, looks more like the blue inlay sizes are different on the and seat.PROS...So, if buying for a teen, this is a great chair. Looks nice. It is comfortable, despite what I mention above. It's not really a gaming chair, other than looks. Padding is firm, but just fine, for me.The price isn't too bad... for a teen purchase.I recently purchased several items from Amazon like this. Aimed at adults. They arrive, and there are size issues. Amazon needs to really look into this. Reviewers need to stop lying. In addition, I believe the fact that most of this stuff is made in China, could explain this problem.

Beware of color!!!!!!!!
When this product arrived it came with a different color back and seat. The middle of back and seat are supposed to be same color from my understanding. I ordered blue. I was very upset about this as it was a christmas gift for my son and he likes blue. I told him we could return it but he likes that it is different so we decided to keep it. Beware if you are going for a certain color! Overall it is a very comfortable chair and took me about 20 min to put together.

I love it - negative reviews are mostly the buyers fault
Most of the negative review are people who don't read or look at the pictures, shocking, I know. This chair does NOT have a head rest, and is not advertised to have one, but people give 1 or 2 stars because they are absurd humans who can't take responsibility for their lack of thoroughness. The video clearly shows an average looking adult with his head well above the BACK rest haha some of them have legitimate claims, but it looks like at least half of them are bogus, so the odds of getting a well made chair are pretty high. One even complained that it was hard to put together when they put the seat on the pedestal first, then tried to but the arms and back on like....why would you do that? The pedestal attachment is straight forward, always do the difficult to align parts first, the put the simple pieces together....wow, I can't imagine not being able to put together a 12 bolt chair, yet have the ability to create and use an Amazon account. I wonder what that's like.Anyway,. enough drama. This one is very comfortable, excellent support but maybe a little thin on the seat for me. I don't have a lot of natural cushion....ahem....so it's probably fine for most people. I work from home so for the $50 I paid for it on prime day, I am very satisfied so far.

1 more chance people
So dissatisfied, disappointed, and now that I'm writing a review, posted. It arrived in good time, but when I saw the box I felt it in my gut. I've been forced into retirement end of May this year due to health issues so I've been cleaning my clutter box thanks to Amazon. Opened the box, minimal packing, no information or instructions, partial package with 4 screws for the seat, and 2 of the necessary 8 screws to put the seat and backrests together, 5 casters, and the adjustable height cylinder minus the threaded hub. This screws up game night with my Sons. We started a game thing online since they don't drive yet, they just turned 16. So the chair was for me to be more comfortable, for those longer sessions. We're just getting started so I'll Live lol. Also black stain or some sort of dark blemish on the red of seat cushion, not too evident in the seat photo, but trust, it's there. Hopefully I'll get a fast replacement, then I can update reviews. I don't like bashing companies, I usually just return and sa no longer needed. I don't wanna spend too much money on the chair because ultimately I need 2. They're gonna have more time to visit me in the winter.

This size is recommended for children...
I am 6’3, the head rest is at about the middle of my back. The threading where the screws go into had fabric stuffed in them, that had to be dug out. It would be great if it was children’s size.

This is my HONEST review!
So I was looking for a gaming chair, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on other "real gaming chairs" because they cost $100 or more. I would say this, the material for this chair is not that bad for its price. It's smaller than what I expected. I'm 5'5 and the head rest part is shorter than my head when I sit. I'm skinny and weigh 120 lbs and the chair has just enough space to fit me. The padding is not soft but im not expecting anything more considering its price. Im still using it tho for everyday gaming. Not like my back gonna break if i use this chair but If u want comfort then this is not the chair u want to buy. I mean if u want to buy this chair because ur on a budget like i was then its fine because its just a chair. In the end, u get what u pay for.

Third time's the charm?
I had to order this gaming chair 3 times. The first time, I got sent the wrong color. Second time, I got a defect where the entire chair was just tilted/slanted at an angle to the left so I was sitting kinda lopsided. Finally, on the third try, I received a good one. I'm small-sized, around 5'2, and the top of the chair fits just above my neck. It's comfortable, but not for long periods of time. I work from home now, and my butt hurts at the end of the day. The wheels are impossible to take apart to clean, so I swapped them out for some roller skate styled wheels that roll so much better. I guess now that I'm working from home for the rest of the year, I should invest in a better chair with lumbar support (which this does not have). Also, I don't really like the fact that the chair arms are connected all the way? I would like to be able to sit higher and pull myself closer to my desk but with these arms, your chair's height is limited by your desk if you wanna sit closer to it.
