We had to return the item due to the defective underlid which one takes out the compost. Nevertheless, one cannot beat the price and the capacity of this compost maker. Maker needs to make the underlid much secure type of lid, such as putting hinge as this cannot hold the heavy weight of compost eventually may break the underlid. Except the underlid which takes compost out, all other parts are sturdy.

It didn't fit through my front door, so I did have to take it out the box in my front garden to get it through the house. But that was about the only issue I've had. It looked and felt cheap and flimsy, but seems to be holding up well. It's already full, and you can feel it getting warm as the compost mulches down. Ideal for a small / medium garden, and those starting out in self-sufficiency / growing own veg.

product arrived well on time.plastic is thin and is very light overallfront door comes off with the slightest easeoverall a decent enough compost bin and as it's cheap it's worth the money spent.

Exactly descibed.Good item ( a little lightweight) although I have had to use some tent pegs to secure it to the ground as where we have it the ground is un even. But good value for money and delivered which is always a bonus.

Having moved house and left my compost bin at my old property I really noticed how much extra waste I was producing, so decided to order a new one. I ordered it Sunday evening and it arrived 36 hours later, despite the Bank Holiday Monday! I was really impressed with the speed of delivery and it is now in my garden and being used and it was an excellent price.

I've wanted one for a long time and am really pleased I have it now. It's surprising how quickly it fills. I bought an oxo good grips small bin to sit by the sink and put all my raw scraps in. Feels good to be using them instead of just dumping them. I can't wait to start using the copost.

this is perfect for my needs also that of the local bumble bees who have now taken up residence in the bin which means i can not use it right now although it is almost full anyway . hope they will leave soon as i can not get rid of them as they are protected an i dare not put anything in the bin at the moment or they just swarm at me scary or what

I thought it looked a bit flimsy at first but it seems to be tough. The lid is nicely designed to click into place. It's weatherproof but easy to remove and replace one handed.It has a decent capacity but is small enough to be unobtrusive.
