I purchased this product as a gift for my nephew after having bought one for my daughter. This is a great product. Just as it said, you are set up in seconds and ready to enter into the Virtual Reality.First impressions are good. It's sturdy and good quality cardboard. Being Cardboard you'll want to be careful on pulling on the velcro, because the cardboard will bend.The nose piece is comfortable but I recommend a soft piece of felt glued or taped onto it. I used a small piece of scotch tape, and that helped a lot. It comes in a slide cardboard cover case, has two small velcro pieces to attach that allow you to use the included headstrap. There is a button on the top right hand side that allows you to make selections within each game.My nephew has an iPhone 6 and this product worked perfect with it. It definitely held my phone firmly in place.You will need to download apps to the device you wish to use. The Google Cardboard app is really just a demo. There are tons of options on the google play store, and a few on the App Store.We tried two specifically: A maze game (Maze Cardboard by RPDR Studio's and VR Roller Coaster by Frag - Both downloaded on Google Play Store).The maze is quite difficult. The roller coaster actually made us motion sick. So the experience is as realistic as virtual reality can be. Overall an enjoyable fun, enveloping perspective. I recommend this to people who want to experience something a little more than the average game.My nephew loved it. Great Product and lots of fun!

Overall the product works as advertised, with exception to usability with an iPhone 6S plus. I've purchased some other Google Cardboard made by Briztech that were a better value. I'll probably just give this one to a friend and try to find one that fits my phone better-hopefully one from Briztech !

This is a BIG waste of Money, I knew they wouldn't be of good quality. However expected them to work over an Hour! Total Crap do not BUY.... EVER EVER EVER you will regret it. oh and I requested a return but due to account being hacked was unable to print dumb return slip so I own two pieces of Paper box crap my kids could have cut out with scissors from old Amazon boxes.... But I paid $30 for a Pair of these Jewels.... Buyer Beware.

Pretty much get what you pay for. Good to get an idea of the VR experience, but painful to try and wear or even hold to your face. there are several plastic quality sets with 3 strap head bands for under 30.

I read reviews of many different viewers. I was drawn to this one by the black cardboard, and that they ship with plastic protecting the lenses. I am using the Xperia Z5 Premium 5.5 inch with a slim case, it fits perfectly.I first applied the velcro for the headstrap, which there are no instructions for. I found immediately that it should have been applied towards the top so it applies pressure on the forehead. I removed them, ripping off the outer layer of cardboard, and I'll now have to superglue them in the proper spot. The viewer should have instructions or white rectangles indicating where to put them. Preferably, it should ship with them already attached.I tried scanning the code on the unit itself. The image was only clear in the center and blurry around the edges. Then I tried the viewer profile website on my PC. It only works properly with Google Chrome. I adjusted the settings until the lines were clear and straight in the viewer, then scanned the code. It was completely wrong on the Google Cardboard App. Then I tried again taking the measurements and not looking through the viewer. The left eye was clear but the right eye was blurry. I did not see a way to adjust that.I paid full price for this, and am writing the review because I want to. I will update the review if I make any progress. As of now, it's usable but not enjoyable.

I was amazed when I received this. I didn't expect an item this inexpensive to be of this quality. Thanks to Samsung's stupid policy to not support the Note 4 with their $99 VR headset and my not wanting to get a Note 5 since it has no external microSD or replaceable battery, this was my only real choice. The image quality was basically the same with this unit and the Samsung unit I saw at the retail store. So, I am glad my Samsung wouldn't work with the Samsung headset. I would highly recommend anyone wanting an inexpensive way to start with VR to get this. It is a great deal!

Great headset for cardboard, the best I've tried so far. Only two cons are that focal settings can't be adjusted and it can get a bit uncomfortable on the face because it's stiff cardboard.

Terrible. The Velcro ripped in the first 5 minutes of wearing the headstrap. Everything is blurry. This sucks. Plus the shipping was delayed. All around crappy product.
