Mine are peeling up within 1-2 hours. How do you prevent them from peeling?

You can install it correctly according to the installation video to prevent it from falling off.

I used 3 protectors and each one has a line down the middle. Are they defective?

2 possible reasons...1. bubble, but if you re-apply or squeeze the bubble out it should move, or 2. pre-existing scratch on the surface of the glass. its more obvious when you have the protector on.

with this screen protector what happens when the watch gets wet?

Well if your watch is the series 4, it is water resistant up to a certain amount so the screen protector won’t impact that at all.
