Defective product mechanism jams open regularly!
I contacted the manufacturer and they just kept asking me to send pictures and videos to prove that it is defective. They did send me a video about disassembly and reassembly that was useless, and the person in the video made several mistakes reassembling their own product, and had to redo what they did! LolI do NOT recommend this product unless you are comfortable getting scalded(ask me how I know) because the mechanism jams open and keeps flowing hot liquid everywhere until you can eventually get it to release and close.

Liquid leaked from the bottom
Easy to use and clean ... however, liquid was able to leak from the bottom ... not too secure
