Not easy to find, so if it's available on Amazon, snap it up. It is important to know that this machine has its fridge/freezer within the machine; you do not have to remove a bowl and place it in the freezer for hours beforehand. Using it for the first time did not disappoint. We used Kerrymaid mix, which was great. It has its own timer, and it took 40 minutes to mix the ice cream, and it turned out perfectly. It is such great value for money compared to others. But best of all, IT IS EASY TO CLEAN. I was worried that I would have great ice cream but then have loads of bits and pieces to clean and put back together, but it cleans itself perfectly, with just one part that needs a little extra cleaning. This is a heavy appliance and of high quality throughout. The grandchildren loved it, as did the adults. It makes enough ice cream in 40 minutes for approximately 6 servings.
