customer support email bounces backCase works wellOnly significant issue is it's really hard to move the slider that activates the headphones in/out. I figured that if I push it in just enough but not all the way, it still activates headphones and is easy to pull back out to deactivate.

The lip that protects the screen when the phone is laid down on its face could be a little bigger. But, overall, this has been a great case for me. Love the headphones. Like that they are full length headphones. The switch is hard to operate, but I deal with it. T o have decent headphones built in and manage not to add too much bulk to my phone, its a solid product.

This product came with the headphone wires stripped, and showed signs of previous use. The case did not work upon the first use and had to be returned, thus the product proving to be painstakingly annoying as it took extra time to be shipped and still did not work,

Really good idea for a case. I didn't like how the case left the phone so vulnerable to get damaged tho. If there was something like this on a otter box case then this would be a great product and I would spend money on it.
