I like the convenience of this product. However, it is a messy to scoop out powder from package. In addition, one needs to make sure lid to shaker container is properly aligned with the grooves on the cup. Other than that, I appreciate the product and will definitely reorder.

The shake actually taste much better than I expected. I like that it has green tea in it as well as all other healthy ingredients. Great way to start the day!

SO far, I like the taste of this. I was extremely nervous, because most green drinks have barley grass, wheat grass, or alfalfa in them, all of which I am HIGHLY allergic to. But this has no grass name ingredients (YAY!) ( I am fine with rice) and the taste is mild and "doable." I definitely think that 12 ounces of water vs 8 is better. For people who think that this is too grassy, did you use the label directions (one heaping scoop) or the outdated label error that said to use 21/2 scoops? If you used the latter, trying it with less powder might make it more palatable. I also added one packet of True Lime to my juice (no added sugar) to give the apple taste more "pop". I will update this in three weeks, after giving the entire program a thorough try. Gotta shed that "COVID 15" somehow...

Got this shake yesterday to start the sirtfood diet. I was preparing myself for an unpleasant taste but it taste pretty good for a powdered meal replacement. The shaker bottle is sturdy and convenient makes clean up a breeze. I'm glad I found it because I have no time to be hunting down these ingredients and cleaning up a juicer 3 times a day. this is a real gem.
