I got this for my dining room table that is more of a mail sorting station. I use the table for everything but eating. I was looking for very thick plastic that would last. This has not disappointed. I don’t worry about the table, it’s thick enough to stay in place and hold up. Ordering more 3 yrs later as I get ready to paint. I needs a few more for some items I don’t want that light weight painting tarp on. Don’t get me wrong, that super light painting tarp does the job for some things but I want something heavier that stays in place. This has more heft.

Nice thickness and durability! It goes very well with and protects my beautiful fabric table cloth underneath.The folding winkle and smell will eventually go away. Just needs patience. I leave it in my screen room for two weeks for the plastic smell completely go away.I liked it and satisfied in general except one thing: Once I left stack of printed documents on the table. After few days, when I moved it away, sadly found the ink from those printed material somehow stained this plastic table cloth and stubbornly not able to be cleaned off.So I am thinking of might need to buy another one…

I bought this for my mom as she always covers the linen tablecloth with a plastic cover. It came folded. I took it out and found the creases were pretty hard to get out and it smelled pretty bad of plastic. I soaked it in hot water and dried it with a towel. The creases and smell are still there but not as bad. After a few weeks on the table, the creases and smell finally went away. It looks good and does what it's supposed to. She's happy with it.

Bought this item 3 times over the years - our house hold is rough on kitchen items, and this one beats any store bought "heavy traffic" stuff!!!

It's everything as advertised but it's not as big as I thought and it moves a lot

The quality of this table cover is exactly what I was looking for. Its not thin or flimsy. I definitely would recommend.

otherwise great for protecting your table cloth from being stained and washed thereby fading. Worth it if you have nice tableware.

Purchased this to go on our kitchen table over our tablecloth so that the table cloth would be protected. It arrived folded, in a padded envelope.The tablecloth was indeed thick, which was what we were after. The tablecloth however, was rather difficult to unfold and had hard creases from where it was folded. We laid it on top of our cloth tablecloth and put heavy items on top of the creases in the hopes of getting them to lay flat. That did not work. My husband and I then used a heat gun, on low to warm the vinyl up while I pulled at the crease with my hands and arms. That seemed to work a bit, but not near as much as we had hoped.We finally took a piece of parchment paper and our clothes iron and ran over the creases multiple times to help get them out. It worked to a degree, but you can still see the creases in the vinyl. The creases are not as bad as what they were, but they are still there. We went over them with the clothes iron on hot (no steam) for about an hour before we gave up for the night because we were either tired or hot from using the iron. I don't expect they creases will ever come out. They may by the time both of us turn 60 years old (we are more than half that age right now so we got a long ways to go before we turn 60) but I wouldn't count on it.
