These are huge and hard to swallow. It actually hurts. I have other large pills but they are capsules and go down easy. These don't and you have to take 4 for the dosage so 4x the pain. If they could coat them with something it would help. Once I'm done with what I have I'll look elsewhere for my refill.

For the price, this vitamin provides additional bone support. Easy to swallow
