Easy to use but it does make loud sound while washing and not stable during drying clothes
Overall the product is good in terms of washing cloths but when you dry clothes it's not stable at all as if it's gonna blast that probably because the material used to built it was cheap as compared to other machines in the same segment . If you can avoid it then go for it .

Not worth of money..
I had ordered this 9 kg semi automatic washing machine ..that was my first attemt for electronics from Amazon...First I got a product which had outer body damaged..Then I replaced that with a hope that replacement would have been much better ...But second time a got a different model...which is small in size and machinery working is not that much satisfactory ...Completely unhappy with Amazon this time..such a bad experience it was..😥😥

Bahut hi bekar Company hai ,2 years ki ,warranty dekh kr Maine 4 mahine pahle machine kharidi thi , 4 mahine me hi iska dryer kharab ho gaya. 10-12 din bar - bar Call karne ke bad Bhi Koi theek karne Nahin aya last Mein mujhe local technician se hi Sahi karvani padi.Ab kabhi whirlpool company ka koi product nhi lugi

i am having the worst Customer service. They are ignoring my issues and call
My machine started giving issues after a year however, the product is still under warranty. I called twice at customer care to provide me the service. The way the assistance responded sounds very promising but they didnt sent any engineers or mechanics. I registered for service on July 5 and now its july 13. No response. I also have LG products at home, never disappointed by their services. But this Whirlpool Never again
