I know this formula is for a 10 day cleanse but I like to take it as a digestive aid. I usually take one after a meal, if I feel like I need it. Sometimes I get bloated or I’m not regular. Works great for me, as a digestive aid.

I bought these because I saw an ad for something similar on TikTok but wanted to use amazon. I’m not sure what I expected when I saw detox, but I was not expecting to emergency run to the bathroom for 4 days straight. It is a 10 day cleanse but after 4 days of keep telling myself tomorrow would be better, I had to stop taking them
