Bought these for using after an operation. I’ve bought similar freeze bags in the past but these didn’t seem initially cold or stay cold long at all. Quite a few in the box didn’t work no matter how hard I squeezed the “bit” to activate the crystals. Won’t be buying again.m

These have been a god send!
These were recommended for my 10 year old sensory autistic daughter - not for sports injury but to cool down her bed when she gets into a tizzy before going to sleep and is hot and bothered. They REALLY have been helpful

Not effective at all!
Don't waste you money!The packs are only cold for about 5 minutes before they take on your body temperature.There were only 6 in the box, not 8 - but since they were useless, it didn't matter.
