Does what it says on the package! I’ve only been taking one a day, and I feel less run down coming into winter. My skin has a nice healthy warm glow as well, as if it were still the middle of summer. I’m not sure of the exact effects of this supplement but I definitely feel better than I would normally do at this time of year, so I’ll keep taking them.

This is a bottle of 120 capsules, that makes it 2 months supply.Capsules are standard size and are easy to swallow. They give no aftertaste.I love clean supplements! This one uses brown rice flour as bulking agent instead of chemical fillers.Beside that it's only ingredients that you need.It is more important than ever to support.out immune system. Elderberey is one of the best natural supplements to do that.I give it as a syrop to my son and take supplements myself. Review update... I have added an extra start to give them 5 stars, my children have had colds, I'm usually full of a cold at this time of year and I always have a bad couch in colder weather. It could be a coincidence but since taking these capsules I have avoided the colds my child has brought home from school!Original review... I ordered these Elderberry capsules because it's winter, I live in a high rate Covid area and wanted to give my immune system a boost. I have been taking elderberry gummies but wanted to try the capsules.The capsules are too large for me to take however, I have found that they're very easy to open and the powder inside tastes very nice when mixed with the last inch of my morning orange juice.When I initially opened the Amazon packaging I was surprised to see a very fancy box which wouldn't be out of place on a beauty counter in a department store. The bottle inside had a very pretty sticker on too. The packaging all seems a bit over the top for what it is.Initially I thought these were more expensive than the gummies I usually buy. They're actually less expensive. In the bottle you get 120 capsules which at two per day that's about two months supply for £11.99. The gummies I usually buy only contain 60 gummies, still two per day and I usually pay between £8 and £10 for them.Overall I think these are a good product, I have developed a sore throat and a bit of a cold but there is no way to know if this is due to the lack of effectiveness of these capsules. It hasn't developed into a very bad cold so maybe they are helping. They aren't as tasty and as convenient to take as the gummies but if you want to take elderberry everyday then they can work out less expensive than others and taste great when mixed with orange juice.
