Overall this probiotic worked well for me. I didn't notice any effect for the first 10 days and then BAM, it started working. I'm glad I stuck with it, because aside from Digest Strong I've tried them all, this was kind of my last resort. All the other probiotics I tried were much cheaper, but they didn't seem to do anything. Digest Strong noticeably helped my digestion. I'd rate it 5 stars if it was priced lower, but I definitely got what I paid for.Funny side note: When the box arrived I had no idea what it was. It comes in this tiny, perfectly square box with a duct tape "pull" handle so you don't need a box cutter. And the surprise doesn't end there, there were some cool things inside that I wasn't expecting. Very clever packaging, and manly indeed.

I have to give this product a five star rating. I am about as IRREGULAR as you can get. My diet probably doesn't help, which is a far cry from healthy. Sure, like everyone else, I go through bouts of trying to eat healthy. Let me just say that this Gut Duct Tape has me as regular as I have ever been and it doesn't seem to care if I'm eating healthy or not.I used to go maybe once a day. I could go several days with nothing. And, when I finally did go, it was a disastrous looking poo, if you know what I mean.Since being on this, my bowel movements are a work of art. Plentiful and healthy. I go at least once a day and often several times a day, sometimes three times a day, which was unheard of for me--- EVER! not only three times a day, but three healthy, beautiful, solid poos. Sorry for the graphic description, but if you were bottled up like me, then you would want that description. If you're irregular and your bowel movement looks like something from an alien movie, you should give this a try. I'm sold on it and will continue to use it. I'm not gonna lie, the name scared me, but it really is "Gut Duct Tape." I have tried other probiotics, and they worked okay, but always intermittently. This one has not failed me since starting on it. I LOVE IT!

I am still not sure about these kinds of products you buy online. Since it is a supplement, buying online can be risky. How does one really know they are getting a real product since there are no FDA standards to follow. Not sure how to rate this

Did not work for me

For the last couple of years I've had some upset bowels accompanied by gas and loose stools. I would regularly take psyllium fiber and that would definitely help some but it was still a persistent issue. Drinking would make this worse so I had a regular supply of psyllium on hand to deal with this. Lots of people suggested taking probiotics so I browsed Amazon, saw this, and decided to give it a try. After a few weeks I started to notice a difference and after the first 30 days I wasn't having to take psyllium anymore! Overall it settled my gut so no more gas, loose stools, and taking psyllium fiber on a regular basis. I take one pill every day after lunch and haven't had any problems since I started about 6 months ago.
