Fantastic, good stuff

First time I bought these they were in bubble wrap and in perfect condition.This time, the packaging was insubstantial and the Rice Thicks were completely broken. Very disappointing.Update: Was promptly sent a new package with the product in much better condition, as well as a letter from Grainic apologising. Very impressed by the immediacy of the response and the steps taken to make sure I received the product as intended.Will buy again.
