Wrong Specifications
Product information says that it has Ryzen 7 3700X CPU and AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 GPU.It came with intel core i7-1065G7 with intel iris GPU 8GB.Cosmetics are fine, little scratches but, this is what you get at this price.-Product information by itself, is wrong.-

Battery wouldn’t charge and other issues
It comes in a pretty box well wrapped looks new but be careful.Mine came with three firmware errors pertaining to hardware components. The unit wouldn’t charge. Couldn’t update to latest vs of windows 10. Wasn’t able to reset it self and there was no way to upgrade from USB to windows 11 because keyboard would work in that install environment.I don’t know what process was used to verify the unit worked but mine clearly did not.To top it. This is my second unit same specs but two separate sellers.Definitely not trying again with a renewed surface laptop 3 maybe 4 but got to tell you not feeling very confident with these units on renewal.With that my current surface laptop that I’m looking to upgrade from was purchased renewed directly from Microsoft several years ago and has been one of my best laptops to date.
